Through the lobby on the first floor you have direct access to a space that can serve as a bedroom, office or playroom for children. The next rooms are two Master Suites. In these suites you imagine yourself in a boutique hotel; a holiday feeling in your own home! A retreat where you can wake up every day with a spectacular sea view, read a book in your sitting area or enjoy a soothing bath overlooking your garden.

The ensuite bathrooms have a walk-in rain shower and is the perfect place to relax after another sun-drenched day on the Costa Blanca. The connections for a luxury freestanding bath are already made and there is more than
plenty of room for a large make-up table for the missus. The large Master
Suite also features a double sized walk-in closet and private balcony.

On the right you will find a table with each part which finish is used in Villa Neptune.

Interior, kitchens and bathrooms

The purchase price includes an allowance for the kitchen and bathroom. This means that your home will be sold without kitchens or bathrooms.
You can put together your own design, within the set budget, at our regular supplier. There are some designs that you can request to give you an impression of the possibilities. Do you prefer a more expensive version? This is possible at an additional cost. Of course you can also choose to have the kitchens and bathrooms done by a supplier of your choice, in which case a lower purchase price applies.
