Prepare delicious meals for family and friends in the fully equipped open plan kitchen* with large island and bar area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a guest toilet and utility room with laundry room. (*the kitchen is not installed, the kitchen in the pictures is a concept).

Outside, on the short right side of the villa, is an old tree that the architect has included in the design. Here is the summer terrace created; a lovely place in the shade under the old tree to enjoy your morning coffee. At the summer terrace is a hanging garden with multiple levels constructed, where you can enjoy all your favorite plants. This piece of garden looks amazing from the pool!

What did you use as a basis for the design?

The existing house was completely in the Mediterranean style. The aim was to carry out a complete renovation while retaining the essence of the design. Therefore, it was decided to adapt the house and give it a Mediterranean/ ibiza look with a modern touch, giving the property a more current look while retaining the authentic forms.

When it comes to quality, it has a higher standard than the average home. What does that manifest itself in?

The quality of the villa is visible from the moment one enters the driveway. All details in both exterior and interior are well considered and are constructed with the highest quality materials creating a pleasant and durable consistency.

What makes this villa unique in your eyes?

The architecture and interior design thought out to the smallest detail, the privacy of the large plot, the location and the view make this villa a unique object.

What do you think will appeal most to residents?
